  • Pricing & billing: Fees shown at purchase; recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled per your account settings.

Consumer guarantees & refunds (Australia)

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Certain guarantees apply for products and services supplied to consumers in Australia. If a failure is a major failure under the ACL, you may be entitled to a refund or compensation. For digital services, remedies may be limited where appropriate.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brightcircle's liability is limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
